1. Introduction
By accessing or using the Lone Peak Film Festival website (the “Site”) operated by Lone Peak Film Institute, a Montana-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Site or participate in the Festival.

Film Submissions: By submitting films to the Festival, you grant us a non-exclusive license to screen, promote, and archive your work.

Age Restrictions: Users under 18 must have parental consent to submit films or purchase tickets.
5. Donations and Purchases

Tax-Deductible Donations: Contributions to Lone Peak Film Institute are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Receipts will be provided.

Ticket Sales: All ticket purchases for Festival events are final. No refunds unless an event is canceled.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lone Peak Film Institute and Andrew Burrows are not liable for:

Separate from Lone Peak Film Institute, Andrew Burrows, in his personal capacity as an individual, officer, director, employee, or affiliate of Lone Peak Film Institute, shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or legal issues arising from:

All liability for the Site, Festival, and associated operations rests solely with Lone Peak Film Institute, its governing board, and its authorized representatives.
